Aperitivo brings the unhurried rhythm of an Italian day to Glasthule Road — starting with espresso and a full breakfast in the morning, easing into long lunches and wood-fired pizza in the afternoon, and closing with aperitivo cocktails and handmade pasta once the evening sets in.
It's a café before it's a restaurant, and a restaurant before it's a bar — which is exactly why it works for a coffee on your own, a family Sunday lunch, or a table of friends lingering over a bottle of Chianti.
Our pasta is made fresh, our pizzas come from a wood-fired oven, and our kitchen leans on authentic Italian ingredients: Parma ham, buffalo mozzarella, guanciale, pecorino and Black Angus beef, brought together with fresh, handmade pasta.
The wine list follows the same idea — a tour of Italy by the glass, from Sicilian Grillo to Tuscan Chianti Classico and Veneto's Ripasso, chosen to sit comfortably alongside the menu, not compete with it.
Espresso, cappuccino and a full breakfast menu — from the classic smash to salmon benedict.
Focaccia sandwiches, salads, wood-fired pizza and the pasta of the day, indoors or out on the patio.
Aperitivo hour cocktails, small plates, handmade pasta mains, and — on select evenings — live music.
Whether you're stopping in for a solo coffee, celebrating with a group on the patio, or bringing the family (and the dog), we want Aperitivo to feel like your local — with an Italian accent.
